We are a very small company operating in a remote island off the farthest north coast of Scotland and so generally accustomed to having assorted obstacles and difficulties (not to mention outlandish extra charges) presented to us when trying to deal with suppliers from more southern regions.

We found Port & Quarry Supplies whilst searching online for a second hand crusher and are so glad we did.   Their website was easy to use and provided all the images and technical information required at that first stage.  On making direct contact to obtain further details and conduct negotiations ALL correspondence (whether by email or phone) was responded to promptly and fully and we found everyone we dealt with to be professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. 

Their assistance with the organisation of the usually complex and expensive transport of such a large piece of equipment to our area made it a fairly simple, efficient and comparatively low-cost operation and on it's arrival here we were delighted with our purchase!  No nasty surprises... it was exactly as described, perfect for our needs and excellent value for the money.  (They then followed up by sending us all the useful technical paperwork they could find for this secondhand crusher).  

In short, PQS provided an excellent all round service, we now know where to look first in future whenever we need spares and parts or, indeed to replace any of our plant, and have no qualms at all in recommending them to anyone looking for used machinery.
